To ask for availability for apartments or rooms you can use the form you find on our website, or send an e-mail, a fax or you can call us on our telephone numbers. After we receive your request we’ll send you all the information you need.

RESERVATION

• To confirm a room or an apartment you have to tell me your favorite accomodation, the number of people and the check in and check out date so I can verify the availability.
• To confirm the reservation of an apartment or a bedroom please send us an earnest of 50% by credit card using our booking form we will send to you.
• Please send the earnest within 7 days from your reservation
• Within 7 days from your reservation, please, send the booking form by fax at the number : (+39) 0577 941 268.
• Write in the fax your details, reservations dates and the agreed price.
• If we don’t receive your deposit we cannot reserve the apartment or the room.
• If you decide to cancel your reservation your deposit is left.
• If you don’t come for the check-in within 18.00, except a previous agreement for a different time, your booking is cancelled and your deposit is left.

CHECK-IN

TIME

• the estimated time for the check-in is between 14:30 - 18:00 , a different time needs a previous agreement.
• Let us know some days before you come the time of your arrival
• Check in is not possible between 12:30 and 14:30 (our lunch time) .
• If you have think you’ll arrive after 18.00, call us during the day and we’ll decide for a different time.
• In case you arrive after 18:00 without any communication we cancel your reservation and your deposit is left.

TAKING OF THE KEYS

When you arrive in San Gimignano, take direction for Parking N°2 (Montemaggio) that is in front of Porta San Giovanni. While you arrive there, stop and call us on one of our telephone numbers, we will arrive as soon as possible to bring you to your apartment. In case you don’t have a mobile phone, there is a public telephone at the entrance of the parking.

CHECK-OUT

TIME

• The time for the check-out is 10:00.

RETURN OF THE KEYS

• you need to give back keys at 10.00 am. Francesco or Carla will come the day you leave to pick up them to your room or apartment.
• in case you want to visit San Gimignano in the check out day, it’s possible to leave luggage in a place we’ll tell you. The most important thing is to leave the room at 10.00am.

PAYMENT

• The balance has to be payed in cash at the moment of the arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If you decide to cancel your reservation your deposit is left.
• If you don’t come for the check-in within 18.00, except a previous agreement for a different time, your booking is cancelled and your deposit is left.

INFO

• The apartments and the bedrooms are in the historical centre in fascinating and quiet places. They have free entrance, private bathroom, TV, satellite, DVD player, garage (or watched parking places with conventional price), panoramic terraces and wide windows with view on the countryside and on the city.
• We don’t give breakfast in the apartments or in the bedrooms of the center but it is possible to have breakfast at the bar with a discounted price.
• All apartments have the kitchen and the bed-sitting rooms have the kitchen corner where you can have breakfast.
• Breakfast’s price at Ponte a Nappo is € 4,00 for each person. You can have milk, coffee, tea, croissant, yogurt, etc.
• We accept small dogs and cats.
